Legendary Payoff

Cards whose value keys off the legendary supertype: cost reducers for legendary spells (Kethis, the Hidden Hand; Bard Class), cast triggers (Reki, the History of Kamigawa; Jodah, the Unifier), enters-or-dies triggers on your legendary creatures (Tinybones Joins Up; Ratadrabik of Urborg; Legolas Greenleaf), anthems and static grants for legendary creatures you control (Day of Destiny; Arvad the Cursed; Avacyn's Memorial), counts and thresholds (Benalish Honor Guard; Kolvori, God of Kinship; the Lord of the Rings lands that enter untapped only with a legend on board), legendary tutors and digs (Captain Sisay; Time of Need; Search for Dagger), legendary-only mana (Mox Amber; Plaza of Heroes; Delighted Halfling), and gear that wants a legendary wearer (Blackblade Reforged; Champion's Helm). The 'legendary tribal' deck in community speech. Distinct from voltron.commander_synergy, which keys on the command zone ('your commander', 'commander's color identity') rather than the legendary supertype; Blackblade Reforged carries both. Distinct from historic_payoff, the Dominaria word that also spans artifacts and Sagas. Legendary-hate (Hero's Demise, Karakas), copy effects that drop the supertype, cards that merely create a legendary token, the legendary sorcery casting-restriction reminder, and lands whose legendary clause is a rider on an activated ability (the Kamigawa channel lands) do not count.
