Historic Payoff

Cards keyed to Dominaria's 'historic' word, which spans artifacts, legendary permanents, and Sagas: cast triggers (Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain draws; Glóin, Dwarf Emissary makes Treasure; Mishra's Self-Replicator copies itself; Serra Disciple pumps), cost reduction (Jhoira's Familiar), counts (Alistair, the Brigadier; Traverse Eternity), attack and combat triggers on your historic creatures (New Argive; Aya of Alexandria), digs and recursion for historic cards (Board the Weatherlight; Samwise Gamgee), and cast-from-elsewhere permissions (Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage; The Fourth Doctor). Distinct from legendary_payoff, which keys on the legendary supertype alone; a card carries both only when its text uses both words. Overlaps artifact_payoff on the cast-trigger cards because every artifact spell is historic. Removal that targets a historic permanent (Lost to Legend) is not a payoff and stays out.
