Graveyard Prevention

Continuous, always-on pieces that intercept cards before they land in a graveyard or lock down graveyard use, replacing the trip to the yard with exile or forbidding casting and reanimation from it. Rest in Peace exiles anything that would hit a graveyard, Leyline of the Void and Dauthi Voidwalker redirect opponents' cards to exile, Grafdigger's Cage stops spells and creatures from being cast or put onto the battlefield out of graveyards, and Ground Seal keeps cards in graveyards from being targeted. Narrower view of Graveyard Hate, the umbrella for graveyard disruption: this slice is the preventative, replacement-effect half rather than the reactive cards that exile what is ALREADY sitting in a graveyard.
