Creature Hoser

Static hate pieces that hose creatures through a creature-conditional restriction, clamping down on attacking, untapping, or activating based on a creature's stats. Meekstone keeps creatures with power 3 or greater from untapping, taxing the biggest threats while leaving small utility creatures free. The defining trait is that the restriction keys off creatures specifically, not all permanents and not a symmetric resource lock. Distinct from Hate Bear, which is itself a small creature whose static ability locks opponents out, whereas these are typically noncreature permanents imposing the restriction. Also distinct from ETB Hate, which shuts off enter-the-battlefield triggers rather than restricting creatures by power or combat behavior.
