These reward decks built around repeatable activations. Distinct from Cost Reducer, which lowers the cost of casting instants and sorceries from your hand, and broader in target than gear equip-cost reducers, which cheapen casting or equipping gear; this set cares about the cost to ACTIVATE an ability, not to cast a spell.
