Counter Doubler

Effects that increase the number of counters that get placed, either by doubling the amount or adding bonus counters on top. Doubling Season and Branching Evolution multiply counters as they enter, Deepglow Skate doubles counters on a target permanent when it enters, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider doubles yours while halving opponents', and amplifiers like Hardened Scales and Winding Constrictor add one extra counter to each placement. Distinct from Counter Placer, which originates the counters in the first place rather than scaling them, and from Proliferate, which adds one counter of each kind to permanents that already have at least one rather than multiplying a single placement. Also separate from Counter Mover, which relocates counters without changing the total.
