Proliferate

Cards carrying the proliferate keyword, which lets you choose any number of permanents and players that already have a counter and give each one more counter of every kind it already has. Inexorable Tide proliferates whenever you cast a spell, Evolution Sage proliferates on each landfall, Contagion Engine proliferates twice on activation, and Atraxa, Praetors' Voice proliferates every end step. Because proliferate only ADDS to counters that exist, it pushes +1/+1, loyalty, charge, poison, and oil counters all at once. Distinct from Counter Placer, which puts fresh counters onto a permanent that may have none, and from Counter Doubler, which multiplies counters as they land; proliferate instead increments whatever is already there by one.
