Untapper

Cards whose effect untaps a target permanent so it can be tapped again the same turn, by activation or by trigger, enabling repeated use of tap-based activated abilities. Voltaic Key untaps an artifact, Kiora's Follower and Aphetto Alchemist untap any artifact or creature, Thousand-Year Elixir refreshes a creature for another activation, and Tezzeret the Seeker and Quirion Ranger do it from a loyalty or text cost. Triggered untappers count too: Corridor Monitor and Pestermite untap on entering, Dross Scorpion when an artifact creature dies, Elven Raft-Steerer on landfall. These are core pieces in mana-rock loops, untap-storm shells, and creature-tap combos. Distinct from Ability Cost Reducer, which cheapens activations rather than refreshing them, and from Ability Copy, which duplicates the result of one activation rather than enabling a second tap. Narrower in aim than Mana Untapper, which untaps lands and mana sources to flood out mana rather than to reuse a tap ability. Blanket untappers that refresh all your permanents (Seedborn Muse) and the extra-combat untap-all cards (Aurelia, the Warleader) belong to untap-everything and extra-combat effects rather than targeted untap; untap-and-steal effects (Ray of Command) are Threaten.
