Time Counter Matters

Payoffs and manipulators for the Suspend and Time Lord decks: cards that scale with time counters (Rose Tyler gets +1/+1 for each), that time travel (The Tenth Doctor, the Doctor Who keyword action that adds or removes a time counter on each suspended card and each permanent with one), that move time counters on demand (Jhoira's Timebug, Timecrafting), or that spend them as a cost (Rift Elemental). Distinct from Cast From Exile, which covers the cast-from-exile half of the same deck and the Suspend keyword's own reminder text; a plain Suspend card like Rift Bolt is neither, since it only carries its own counters.
