Ring Tempter

Cards whose effect makes the Ring tempt you, choosing or upgrading a Ring-bearer and unlocking the Ring's abilities one at a time. Call of the Ring tempts every upkeep, Frodo, Sauron's Bane and Samwise the Stouthearted tempt on their own triggers, Nazgûl tempts on entering. A Ring-bearer deck counts these to reach the fourth ability quickly and to fuel the cards that trigger on each temptation. Distinct from Ring Tempt Payoff, which rewards you whenever the Ring tempts you; cards that do both, like Nazgûl and Sméagol, Helpful Guide, carry both tags.
