Library Manipulation

Covers cards that look at several cards off the top of your library and put them back in an order you choose, or swap cards between your hand and the top of your library to set up future draws. Sensei's Divining Top, Ponder, and Soothsaying rearrange the top several cards; Brainstorm draws then tucks cards back on top; Scroll Rack and Sylvan Library shuffle hand and library positions to stack your next draws. Distinct from Scry, which only peeks at the top and bottoms unwanted cards without reordering a chosen pile, and from Looting, which draws then discards to filter rather than rearranging the library itself.
