Fling

Throw effects that sacrifice one of your creatures and deal damage equal to that creature's power to any target. Fling and Thud convert a big attacker's power into a direct burst at instant or sorcery speed, while Brion Stoutarm offers a repeatable activated outlet for the same trick. These reward oversized or about-to-die creatures by turning their power into reach. Distinct from Burn, which covers direct-damage spells that deal a fixed amount with no sacrifice; here the damage scales off a sacrificed creature's power. Also separate from Damage Win, which empties life totals through mass drain or sweeping burn rather than launching a single creature.
