Flicker Permanent

Permanents whose triggered or activated abilities exile a creature or other permanent and bring it right back, refreshing its status and re-firing any enter-the-battlefield effect. Restoration Angel and Flickerwisp do it via their own enter trigger, Eldrazi Displacer activates it repeatedly, Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Conjurer's Closet repeat it each end step, and Brago, King Eternal and Yorion, Sky Nomad blink whole groups of permanents. Distinct from Flicker Spell, which packages the same exile-and-return effect on an instant or sorcery rather than on a permanent. Also separate from Ltb Trigger, which rewards a permanent for leaving without bringing it back.
