Lifegain Source

Cards whose text explicitly tells you to gain life, raising your own total through triggered or activated effects. Soul Warden and Suture Priest gain life as creatures enter, Fountain of Renewal ticks up each upkeep, Authority of the Consuls gains life off opposing creatures, and Aetherflux Reservoir banks life per spell cast. These produce the gain event itself. Distinct from Lifegain Payoff, which rewards you for gaining life rather than producing it, and from Life Doubler, which multiplies an existing gain. Also separate from Drain, which both gains your life and drops an opponent's at once. Cards that merely carry the lifelink keyword are not counted here.
