Tempo answers that pick up a permanent and return it to its owner's hand, undoing summoning sickness, equipment, counters, and Auras while forcing the opponent to recast. Unsummon and Brazen Borrower hit a single creature; Into the Roil and Chain of Vapor return any nonland permanent; Evacuation and Cyclonic Rift sweep many at once. Distinct from Tuck, which puts a permanent into its owner's library rather than hand, and from flicker effects that exile and return your OWN permanents. Cards that return only YOUR permanents are not bounce here. Mass-bounce versions also fall under Board Wipe.
