Board Wipe

Sweepers that hit many permanents in a single cast, resetting the board rather than answering one threat. Covers destroy-all effects like Wrath of God and Austere Command, mass damage like Blasphemous Act, mass toughness reduction like Toxic Deluge, mass exile modes like Farewell and Merciless Eviction, and overloaded sweeps like Cyclonic Rift. Distinct from Spot Removal, which answers a single permanent; a board_wipe clears a whole class of permanents at once. Mass-exile sweepers also fire Exile Removal, the exile-flavored view of the same effect.
