Threaten
Short-term battlefield swaps that take control of a target creature, and sometimes other permanents, until end of turn, typically granting haste so the borrowed creature can attack or be sacrificed before snapping back. Canonical examples include Threaten, Act of Treason, Zealous Conscripts, Kari Zev's Expertise, and the mass version Mob Rule. Distinct from interaction.theft, which takes control with no duration and keeps the permanent indefinitely; the threaten effect is one-shot and reverts at end of turn, making it a tempo and combo tool rather than a permanent resource swing.
