Counter Mover

Cards whose effect is to MOVE existing counters from one permanent to another rather than create new ones. The Ozolith stockpiles counters from dying creatures and redeposits them on a chosen creature; Nesting Grounds activates to shift a counter between permanents; Forgotten Ancient periodically redistributes its hoard onto teammates; Bioshift instant-speed transfers +1/+1 counters between creatures. Modular cards like Arcbound Worker also relocate counters on triggers when they die. Narrower than counters.counter_placer, which adds brand-new counters from nothing; this concept requires the counters to come from an existing source. Also separate from counters.proliferate, which adds one more of each counter already present without moving any.
