Protection From Creatures

Permanent buffs, typically auras, that grant a chosen creature protection from creatures, so no creature can block, target, or damage it. Spirit Mantle and Holy Mantle pair the protection with a stat bump; Unquestioned Authority adds a card draw on attack; Spectra Ward extends protection from each color on top of +2/+2. The result is a voltron attacker that walks past every blocker and shrugs off creature-sourced removal. Narrower than voltron.evasion_granter, which covers flying, menace, shadow, and unblockable grants without protection; distinct from voltron.commander_synergy gear, whose protection keys off color identity rather than the creature type. Temporary instant-speed protection from a single color is not the same effect and is not included here.
