Cheap library searches that find a specific card and stack it on top of your deck rather than putting it directly into hand. Mystical Tutor grabs an instant or sorcery, Worldly Tutor finds a creature, Enlightened Tutor fetches an artifact or enchantment, and Vampiric Tutor finds anything for a life payment. The next draw step or draw effect then delivers the card. Distinct from topdeck.library_manipulation, which reorders or scries the existing top of library without searching, and from topdeck.topdeck_matters, which rewards casting or revealing from the top. Hand-targeted searches are not included since they bypass the top-of-library step entirely.
