Library Manipulation

Cards that look at and rearrange the top few cards of your library, or swap cards between hand and top, turning the top of the deck into a manipulable resource. Sensei's Divining Top spins the top three; Ponder and Soothsaying look at the top three and reorder them; Brainstorm draws three and tucks two back on top; Scroll Rack and Sylvan Library swap hand cards onto the top. Distinct from topdeck.topdeck_tutor, which searches the library for a specific card and places it on top without rearranging what's already there, and from topdeck.topdeck_matters, which rewards knowing or casting from the top rather than setting it up.
