Spell Payoff

Permanents whose triggered abilities reward casting instants and sorceries, turning a chained spell sequence into tokens, damage, draws, or recursion. Young Pyromancer and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer churn out 1/1s, Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field ping each opponent, Talrand, Sky Summoner makes Drakes, and Arclight Phoenix returns from the graveyard after a flurry of casts. Distinct from spellslinger.magecraft, which is the narrower keyworded version of the same pattern and is excluded here. Distinct from spellslinger.spell_copy, which forks a single spell on the stack rather than scaling with cast count, and from spellslinger.spell_cost_reducer, which discounts casts but does not trigger on them.
