Manifest

Manifest takes the top card of a library, or a specific card, and turns it face down on the battlefield as a 2/2 creature that can be turned face up for its mana cost if it's a creature card. Whisperwood Elemental manifests at every end step, Mastery of the Unseen offers a repeatable activated manifest, Soul Summons manifests for two mana, and Cloudform manifests with an aura attached. Distinct from morph.morph and morph.disguise, which cast a known creature face down as a 2/2 from hand for three; manifest instead flips an unknown card face down from elsewhere. Distinct from morph.face_down_payoff, which rewards having face-down creatures rather than creating them.
