Initiative Payoff

Cards whose abilities check 'if you have the initiative' to grant bonus effects, rewarding you for holding the designation. Imoen, Mystic Trickster draws an extra card at end step, Feywild Caretaker creates a 1/1 white Faerie token with flying, Passageway Seer adds a +1/+1 counter, and Sarevok's Tome doubles its mana output. The initiative passes through combat damage, so these payoffs scale a board built around defending the crown. Distinct from monarch.takes_initiative, which hands the initiative over but doesn't itself reward holding it; and narrower than monarch.monarch_payoff, which keys off the parallel monarch designation rather than the Undercity-venturing initiative.
