Opponent Mill

Cards that grind opponents' libraries by putting cards from the top into their graveyards, used to deck them or to feed mill payoffs. Includes one-shot blasts like Glimpse the Unthinkable and Maddening Cacophony, repeatable engines like Sphinx's Tutelage and Psychic Corrosion, and creatures like Ruin Crab and Phenax, God of Deception that turn triggers or taps into chunks of milling. Covers mill.mill_finisher, the subset that empties libraries fast enough to win on the spot like Fleet Swallower. Distinct from mill.mill_payoff, which rewards milling without doing the milling itself, and from mill.mill_doubler, which multiplies mill amounts via replacement. Excludes self-mill effects, which fuel graveyard strategies rather than attack opponents' decks.
