Mill Doubler

Cards that scale up library depletion by replacing or echoing each mill event with a larger one. Bruvac the Grandiloquent doubles cards an opponent would mill as a replacement effect, while Fraying Sanity mirrors graveyard placement back onto the enchanted player so every card put into their yard mills another. These pair with any opponent_mill source to turn modest numbers into lethal chunks. Narrower than mill.opponent_mill, which is any mill effect at base rate, and distinct from mill.mill_finisher, which closes games with a single huge mill spell rather than amplifying others. Also distinct from mill.mill_payoff, which rewards the controller for milling having happened rather than increasing the count.
