Keyword Abilities

Surfaces any card whose Oracle text includes a named keyword ability such as Flying, Trample, Lifelink, Haste, Vigilance, Deathtouch, First Strike, or Hexproof. Keyword abilities are short labeled rules shortcuts: Flying means the creature can only be blocked by creatures with flying or reach; Trample lets excess combat damage carry over to the defender; Lifelink turns damage dealt into life gained; Haste removes summoning sickness. Browsing this list is useful for evasion shells, combat-tricks decks, and equipment or aura targets that want innate abilities. Searches for a single keyword like Flying or Deathtouch will narrow to cards with just that ability. Distinct from keywords.keyword_granter, which hands keywords to other creatures, and from keywords.keyword_payoff, which scales rewards based on keyword presence rather than simply having one.
