Graveyard Hate

Anti-graveyard cards that exile cards from graveyards, replace going-to-graveyard with going-to-exile, or shut off graveyard-based abilities entirely. Rest in Peace and Leyline of the Void apply continuous replacement effects so cards never linger in the bin; Bojuka Bog and Relic of Progenitus offer one-shot or activated exile of an entire yard; Scavenging Ooze grinds graveyards one card at a time; Grafdigger's Cage locks creatures from entering the battlefield out of graveyards or libraries. Distinct from graveyard.recursion, graveyard.reanimation, and graveyard.self_mill, which all USE the graveyard as a resource rather than attacking it. Cards that exile their own graveyard as a cost, such as delve and escape spells, are not hate and live elsewhere.
