Flicker Permanent

Creatures, artifacts, and other permanents whose abilities flicker a target by exiling it and immediately or eventually returning it to the battlefield, turning ETB triggers into repeatable engines. Includes Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Brago, King Eternal as commander-level engines, Conjurer's Closet as an artifact end-step looper, Restoration Angel as an instant-speed flicker body, and Eldrazi Displacer as an activated outlet. Distinct from flicker.flicker_spell, which covers one-shot instants and sorceries that perform the same exile-and-return effect rather than sticking around as a permanent engine. Also distinct from the ETB-payoff siblings flicker.etb_value, flicker.etb_token, flicker.etb_removal, and flicker.etb_damage, which are the creatures being flickered rather than the engines doing the flickering.
