Opponent Discard

Hand-disruption spells and abilities that make opponents discard cards, ranging from precision strikes like Thoughtseize, Duress, and Inquisition of Kozilek that pick a card after seeing the hand, to symmetric or random rippers like Hymn to Tourach and Liliana of the Veil. The defining trait is that the discard is imposed on an opponent rather than paid by you. Distinct from discard.discard_outlet, where you discard your own cards for benefit, and from discard.discard_payoff, which triggers off your own discards. Also separate from mill, which sends cards from library to graveyard rather than from hand.
