Permanents whose static abilities grant a passive, team-wide power and toughness bump to your creatures, either globally or filtered by color, card type, or token status. Glorious Anthem pumps every creature you control; Honor of the Pure restricts to white creatures; Tempered Steel boosts artifact creatures; Always Watching buffs nontoken creatures and grants vigilance; Spear of Heliod attaches an anthem to a legendary permanent body. The buff must be continuous, not a one-shot or end-of-turn pump from a sorcery or trigger. Subtype-filtered lords are handled by tribal.tribal_lord rather than this broader static-buff bucket.
