Cast From Exile

Covers two halves of the cast-from-exile theme: enablers that exile cards from libraries or graveyards and let you cast them, like Etali, Primal Storm, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Gonti, Lord of Luxury, and Outpost Siege; and payoffs that trigger when you cast spells from exile, like Prosper, Tome-Bound, Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald, Passionate Archaeologist, and Nalfeshnee. Distinct from activated.ability_copy, activated.ability_cost_reducer, and activated.untap_ability, which all key off activated abilities on permanents rather than the zone a spell is cast from. Excludes blink effects that exile and return, graveyard-based alternative casts like escape, and pure impulse-draw enablers with no payoff attached.
